Vehicle Tester
We’re looking for a meticulous and hands-on Vehicle Tester to join our growing team! In this role, you won’t just take our RVs for a spin—you’ll be the final line of defense in making sure each vehicle meets our high-quality standards. You’ll test and inspect every system inside our RVs, from plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems to appliances, seating, storage, and safety features. Your work ensures that every component is functioning correctly before our vehicles reach our customers.
As a Vehicle Tester, you’ll spend your day driving RVs on and off the production line, but your role goes far beyond just driving. You’ll operate and inspect every interior feature, document any issues you find, and work closely with our production team to ensure problems are addressed quickly. Your keen eye for detail and thorough approach will help maintain the quality, reliability, and reputation of our vehicles.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, mechanically inclined, and enjoys problem-solving. You should be comfortable working with a variety of vehicle systems and have the patience and precision to test and evaluate each component. Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll need to report issues clearly and collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth production process.
