The ultimate SUV to travel in… with room for company!

Our 210 models represent the ultimate fusion of design, engineering and functionality in the class B segment. Built on the Chevrolet Express extended van, they are true class B motorhomes. We start with a full van body and then extend the frame 18” behind the rear wheels increasing the overall length to 21’ 11”. Then we add a fully-painted steel-cage-reinforced fiberglass body. But the 210 is no “box on wheels”. After the cab, the body widens gradually to a maximum of 9” at the rear wheels then gently tapers to the rear. The 155” long wheelbase allows for amazing ride quality...

NEWS RELEASE Home & Park Motorhomes builds 20,000th class B motorhome. Kitchener, Ontario, CANADA – May 29, 2006 - - Home & Park Motorhomes is proud of this tremendous and unequalled achievement in the class B (camper van) segment the RV industry. The 20,000th unit was purchased by McMahon’s RV, a leading multi-location RV retailer in the greater Los Angeles area and the number one seller of Roadtreks. Dealer Brent McMahon was on hand to accept the keys of the 20,000th unit from Home & Park Chairman Jeff Hanemaayer and General Manager Jim Hammill. Also in attendance was special guest Carl Zehr, the Mayor of Kitchener.

Mayor Zehr addressed the crowd of employees and guests, “Much of the success and attraction of the City of Kitchener as a place to live and run a business can be attributed to long-term family owned companies like Home & Park.”

Mr. McMahon also spoke to the group, “We’re very proud to handle Roadtrek. And you should be proud of what you build because it’s a quality product that rarely needs to come back for service.”

A father's dream... a son's reality: the secret of success at Home & Park Motorhomes.

Created in 1974 by Jac Hanemaayer, an ingenious man with a dream, Home & Park’s products offered the comfort and convenience of larger motorhomes with the ease and efficiency of driving a van.

Over the years, the popularity of "The Motorhome that Drives like an SUV” grew, with sales to the U.S. starting in 1983 (and quickly accounting for 80% of volume). With son Jeff Hanemaayer at the helm since 1985, Home & Park has increased its distribution throughout Canada and the U.S. Sales to Japan started in 1991.

The Roadtrek is available in six different models based on Chevrolet and Sprinter van chassis. They’re made by 200 dedicated employees in a modern 120,000 sq. ft. plant that allows production of over 1500 units annually on a single shift.

The first 10,000 units took 24 years to build. The second 10,000 only eight years. The next 10,000 will take even less. In closing Jeff Hanemaayer stated “This achievement represents yet another significant milestone in our 32 year history. I am fully confident with the great people that we have here and at our dealers that significant milestones will continue to be achieved in the ongoing success of Home & Park Motorhomes!”

Home & Park Motorhomes is a proud and successful member within its community. It manufactures Roadtrek, the #1 selling class B motorhome in North America (since 1990). Home & Park is registered to ISO 9001:2000 and was the first North American RV maker to achieve this status.
